You Must Live in The Present this Monday, December 31, 2007
Wednesday, December 31st, 2008“You must live in the present, launch yourself on every wave, find your eternity in each moment. Fools stand on their island opportunities and look toward another land. There is no other land, there is no other life but this.”
- Henry David Thoreau
How much does this little quote deal with each ending of a year?
If you really think about it we tend to be sometimes ready with ambitious goals or resolutions for a couple of months and then find ourselves, in March or April telling ourselves we have lost interest in these goals and or resolutions.
We must look to break big goals and resolutions up into smaller, more accomplishable 15 minutes projects, this will allow for us to really reach our goals.
Why would we say this?
Because big projects or goals tend to be to much to try to accomplish in one day and as they say Rome was built in a day and neither is your goals. They will be accomplished with steady step by step action, without action and following a plan it’s like your in a maze and there is no exit, but with a plan you can clearly find your way out of the maze and arrive at your desired destination.
We will bring some helpful tips and resources for you to use to help you with your goal setting and resolutions assistance, some step by step tips to help you make this year the best year yet to come.
Happy New Year and enjoy the time with your family and friends.
Best regards,
Julio Mattos
