Black Friday More Better known as Shopping Season
Black Friday More Better known as Shopping Season
Friday truly was an experience going down town here in San Francisco, knowing that the shoppers were out in full force.
Wow today is truly one of those days that you would love to have a camera and simply just sit down and video cam the loads and loads of people shopping, buy gifts, returning gifts. I am pretty sure that as you know, for most people this is a 4 day weekend for them and most people who actually had to work took the day off, to go shopping. With all the sales that was taking place at some of the local stores, where you could save youself between 10-60% off on some of the clothing and electronics, plus some other stores.
I walked passed Macy’s they were super packed and then I walked passed Apple store, Virgin Records, CompUsa and a the down town shopping center and you wouldn’t believe how many people I see inside some of these stores, or would you?
I am Thankful I was not looking to go and buy a some gifts today, even though I was looking at a few electronics, but to skip over that, everyone was out working off all that delicious turkey dinner and all of those “What I am Thankful for?” ah what an exercise.
At any case it was a very busy day for retail industry and I suppose at the end of the forth quarter we will see how good they truly did, but in the mean time let’s just enjoy the holidays and prepare for the new year.
We will all be back out shopping again the day after Christmas and it will be even more packed in the stores. I love the holidays when you and your family and friends, come together to celebrate all the holidays, then you all eat and then talk about what has been going on in your lives. The singing, the drinking, the laughing, the kids opening the presents that Santa Dropped off to them and all the rest. Enjoying ourselves to the point where we are happy and around those we love.
I hope you all enjoy your holidays as much as I do.
All the best hopefully you enjoyed your Thanksgiving dinner and enjoy the rest of the weekend.
Best regards,
Mr. Julio
